IMPORTANT:
No cash refunds, store credit only. Any credit must be claimed within 30 days of cancellation. You must bring your sales receipt to claim your store credit. Floor samples are sold "as-is" there are no returns or refunds allowed. There are no cancellations on merchandise specially ordered for you. Any cancelled or returned merchandise will, at our option, be subjected to a 25% restocking charge.
DELIVERY AND SETUP:
The room must be cleared before delivery persons arrival. No exceptions. Please keep children and pets away from truck, tools, and crew while setting up. We are not responsible for taking trash created by merchandise delivered. Arrange to be home or have someone (over 18 years old) home on delivery date. If the driver finds no one home, your delivery will be rescheduled with an additional charge. Due to the volume of deliveries, no exact time can be promised. We will, however, give you an estimated 6 hour window of arrival. Measurements for entrance and placement of furniture in the home is customers responsibility. After notification, all orders held over 5 days will be subjected to a 20% charge.
CUSTOMER PICKUP:
Customer must call one day prior to pickup. Merchandise will be loaded at the store. Bring a truck, wagon, or van of sufficient size. Customer is responsible for tying and securing of the load. Bring pads/blankets for protection. You must bring your original sales receipt at time of pickup, it is very important.
WARRANTIES:
All warranties are issued by the manufacturer. The manufacturer issues a warranty to protect you against a defect that may have been made in the manufacturing of the product. If anything is wrong, it will be repaired or replaced. All items damaged must be returned in original packaging. Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of items being received. To simplify this process, simply contact us at (909) 635-6217. Please explain the area in question clearly and we will provide you with a reasonably prompt repair or replacement if needed. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, a fee will be charged. You must have your sales receipt for a warranty service and questions regarding purchase. No exceptions.
LAYAWAY:
For all layaways, you are required to open a layaway account with a deposit, and monthly payments. Payments must be made to keep the account active. After 60 days, if there is no payment, the account will be closed and there will be a 25% service charge for this account. Balance of funds can be used for merchandise only. There will be no cash refunds. Layaway items are subject to change due to manufacturers changes and/or discontinued items.
We are not responsible for changes in manufacturing or for discontinued items by manufacturer on special orders or layaway orders.
You will be liable for all costs incurred by Gaby's Furniture for collection or enforcement of these terms including attorney's fees and collection fees.
RETURNS:
Gaby’s furniture accepts returns for unassembled items within 30 days after you have received your merchandise. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee an all regular stock furniture returns. Items must be in new condition andin the original packaging to qualify for a refund (assembled/modify items are noteligible for refund). Gaby’s furniture does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, or custom made or special order items (example: custom upholstery)
